Liability Waiver & Safety Rules

1. Assumption of risk

You understand that the use of inflatable and party-rental equipment involves inherent risks of injury to participants and bystanders — including risks of falls, collisions, rough contact, and horseplay — and that these risks cannot be fully eliminated. Knowing this, you knowingly and voluntarily accept all such risks on behalf of yourself, your guests, all participants, and any minor children in your care.

2. Rules for safe use

• A responsible adult (18+) must supervise at all times while the equipment is in use.
• No flips, rough play, climbing on walls or netting, or piling on.
• Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering.
• No food, drink, gum, candy, silly string, confetti, or face paint on or in the equipment.
• Group riders by age and size, and do not exceed the occupancy, weight, or age limits posted on each unit and provided at setup.
• Weather: stop use and exit immediately when winds reach 15 mph sustained, or in rain, lightning, or storms. Do not use the equipment when wet.
• Keep the unit continuously anchored and the blower running the entire time — it deflates when unplugged. A power outlet within 50 ft (or a generator) is required. Never move or unplug the unit yourself.
• Keep away from pools, water, power lines, fences, and other hazards.

3. Renter responsibilities

You are responsible for the safe operation and supervision of the equipment for the entire rental period, for following all instructions we provide, and for the reasonable care of the equipment while it is in your possession. You will notify us immediately of any problem, injury, or damage.

4. Release, waiver of liability, and indemnification

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the equipment, you — for yourself, your guests, all participants, any minor children in your care, and your heirs and representatives — agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue, and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Bounce Long Island LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or relating to the use of the rented equipment, to the fullest extent permitted by New York law, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Bounce Long Island LLC.

5. Insurance

Bounce Long Island is fully insured.

6. Acknowledgement

By checking the acknowledgement box at checkout, and again by signing our safety-rules agreement when we deliver and set up your rental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Safety Rules and this Liability Waiver on behalf of yourself and all participants at your event.
